Nice interview. I find comfort in the fact that we, Symmonds and I, share the same height/weight ratio. Now if I could only come close to his speed and endurance. Hell, I don’t even need to come close. Any slight nudge in that direction would suffice.
I am also impressed with how he, and indeed, many top runners, set their goals many years in advance (ten in his case) and maintain the focus and intensity required to achieve those goals.
